A career with St Martins offers variety, the opportunity to undertake specialist vocational training, and the chance to work with people with complex mental health needs and those at risk of offending.
Working as a member of one of our teams, and supporting people towards independent living, means you will be contributing to profound positive changes in people’s lives.
Whilst we support and encourage staff to develop their expertise and gain qualifications, you do not need to have previously worked in the sector to build a career with us. A willingness to learn, great personal qualities and the ability to work in a non-judgemental way to help people resolve often complex problems are the key things we seek in new staff.
We are always keen to talk to suitably qualified people who would like to work for us on a voluntary basis. We welcome people who would like to contribute a few hours a week to help our service users gain confidence and learn new skills.
