Employability & Wellbeing

St Martins has announced dates for rolling Employability and Wellbeing programmes throughout 2018. The employability programme has been designed to help residents to plan and feel more prepared for employment. It includes learning on:

-Searching for a job

-Applying for a job

-Preparing for an interview

-Interview skills

-Positive attitudes and behaviours at work

– Working in a team


The follow-up Wellbeing programme helps residents gain a deeper understanding and awareness of issues relating to health and working. It promotes the importance of positive physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing which are all necessary ingredients for seeking and sustaining employment.
